against them in favor of the plaintiff, James Howard Harris. The litigation arose out of an accident between two motor vehicles
on U.S. Highway 331 near McPhail Farm Road, on the north side of Florala in Covington County, Alabama. Following the jury
verdict and judgment, the defendants filed a motion for a new trial which was overruled.
